Addicted to tech? There’s an app for that.

A top new year’s resolution for 2015, as tracked by twitter, is to disconnect from tech on a regular basis. Research shows that constant connection is making us less able to concentrate and keeping us from getting restful sleep. There’s even an array of, you guessed it, new technological solutions to keep us from overusing our devices. CCTV’s Karina Huber explores the subject, and Schwartz Center Fellow Evan Leatherwood provides some background and analysis.
